C.B.T,daily Zen Meditation and Yoga cured me from my 20 year Panic Disorder.Medications does not cure!
you have a a depends to anything you do everyday even ssr’s, cbt dont work for me
i am taking Vilift for my depression and anxiety disorder. it’s really working for me and i love that it doesn’t have any side effects.
i agree, so what do you use to relieve anxiety?
with the internet around so much and people being so educated with panic etc most of us know what makes us feel like that way but it still wont stop it, i’d before to take mads i also do work out do yoga swimming so we know the how to help it, but i think cognitive behavioral therapy is crap i agree. plus therapy is dear anyway, i did 12 sessions and learned nothing that i didnt already know.
I did 20 sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy, it gave me a few new skills that i forgot quickly, CBT didn’t even relieve physical symptoms of anxiety, psycologists will never understand that there are such things as genetics. idiots…
cognitive therapy dont work for me!
