For 30years, Joan Mathews Larson, PhD has been treating addiction, anxiety and depression with natural supplements in order to correct the underlying biochemical problems which cause these conditions. In this video clip, she tells how a deficiency of vitamin B3, niacinamide, can cause anxiety depression and fatigue. She also notes that vitamin B3 can eliminate a kind of alcohol psychosis that causes paranoia and feeling quarrelsome. Note: the doses of vitamin B3 used for this are several thousand milligrams, which is a much higher dose than is found in multiple vitamins. Dr. Larson also points out that anti-anxiety medicines such as Valium, Xanax, Ativan, and Librium attach to the same anti-anxiety receptors in the brain as vitamin B3. She also notes that when the patent for Valium ran out, the drug company, Hoffman LaRoche, admitted that they got the formula for Valium by trying to copy the chemical structure of vitamin B3. Imagine that. “Niacin, vitamin B3, [ later she corrects this and says what she meant was niacinamide, which is the non-flushing form of vitamin B3 ] reverses a kind of alcohol psychosis that people who have been drinking typically have, where they feel paranoid, and quarrelsome, and may even have sensory disperceptions… “Niacin [ niacinamide ] will turn that around completely. “[ People with a vitamin B3 deficiency ] may look like they are schizophrenic, but they’re not. “If you treat them… and at the end, we do all our testing again… that is …

You’re wondering what cause anxiety attacks, maybe because you’re wondering if you’ve had one. Or you may want to know the causes so that you can learn how to cure your disorder. Well, what I’m going to share with you are the causes of anxiety attacks.

That way, you will know if you’ve got an anxiety disorder and you will know how to stop it.

The causes of an anxiety attack are:

1. Hyperventilation syndrome. This syndrome is triggered when you breathe through your mouth. When you breathe out of your mouth for too long, you will increase your heart rate. This will then trigger lightheadedness and eventually it will trigger an anxiety attack.

2. Heredity. You could possibly have an anxiety disorder if one of your family members have a history of anxiety attacks or panic attacks.

3. Short term causes. An anxiety attack could be triggered when something dramatic happens in your life, such as when someone close to you dies. If you notice that you’re having emotional problems, be sure to limit your caffeine intake. If you consume too much caffeine, you could trigger an anxiety attack.

4. Phobias. Another cause of an anxiety attack is caused by things you’re afraid of. If you’re scared of speaking in front of a lot of people, you could possibly have an anxiety attack.

5. Environment. If the atmosphere is hot and humid, you could have an anxiety attack. Also, being around too many people for an extended period of time causes some people to have an anxiety attack.

I’ve just outlined what cause anxiety attacks. If you have anxiety attacks, you need to do something about it now. Waiting for too long could be fatal.

Did you know that waiting to stop or cure your anxiety attacks could be fatal to your health? To learn how to stop your anxiety attacks, go to http://www.stop-anxiety-and-panic-attacks.blogspot.com/

What causes an anxiety panic attack? There are clear triggers, risk factors and underlying medical causes that anxiety attack sufferers must fully understand. Anxiety attacks can happen anytime, anywhere when you least expect it.

Anxiety is what we always feel when we are in a tense situation, like studying harder for a major exam, rendering a speech in front of many people, or going on a blind date where you don’t know what to expect; even a bride definitely feel anxious on her wedding day (maybe thinking, what if she’ll be stood up by her groom! What a terrifying thought!).

If you feel anxious or fear for certain circumstances or things and with logical reasons to be, it is just a normal and rational response. But, if you feel unexpected surges of overwhelming dread that comes without warning and for no reason at all, it is no longer regular anxiety but anxiety attack.

Anxiety attacks are far more intense than having the feeling of being stressed or anxious that most people experience. It is described as a sudden attack of intense fear or feelings of impending fate or disaster that strike without warning and for no apparent reason. And this can be immediately followed by several symptoms.

These are caused by a shift in the way the Amygdala, the small organ in the brain which regulates the anxiety response, behaves when confronted with an anxiety provoking thought, sensation or situation. Anxiety attacks occur when a level of anxiety is reached which causes the Adrenalin to produce severe symptoms which reach a peak in just a matter of minutes.

The peak of an attack can range anywhere from 5 to 30minutes, but the symptoms may last a little longer. The symptoms of anxiety attacks are completely harmless, although they can be very frightening. Anxiety attacks belong to a group of anxiety disorder, like panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and agoraphobia.

Some of the symptoms of anxiety attack are intense heartbeat, difficulty of breathing, palpitation, nausea, excessive sweating and trembling, chest pains, fearful of going crazy or about to die, sudden chills, and the like. Some people may experience different or more anxiety attack symptoms but this does not mean that their condition is far worse or that you are suffering from different undiagnosed condition.

Because we are all different, the symptoms during anxiety attacks can vastly vary. You might not find among the listed anxiety attack symptoms what you are experiencing and you’ll start to think there’s something very wrong with you. The list is just a guide only. Everyone reacts differently.

Anxiety attacks are always a sign of underlying anxiety disorder which itself can be treated successfully with or without having to go through medication or costly therapy. Linden Method offers a cure on panic and anxiety attacks. According to this method, anxiety attacks are not a sign of illness. The way to cure it is to eliminate the causes that trigger anxiety attacks.

Do you or does someone you know suffer from anxiety or
depression? 1000s of people who suffer from anxiety have been cured in the comfort of their own home without anxiety

medication, psychological visits and herbal remedies. Find out
