    if people who have GAD tend to worry about the things normal people do in life just a stronger worry and like i’ve found on many sites about GAD how do you suppose that you should be able to control it and say its not? the time to worry about this now. i personally have GAD and find that when i start to have these anxiety spurts they are uncontrollable and usually end up thinking that that point in time is the only time to worry about my problem.
